The above is the official circular from the Embassy of India, Lisbon Portugal, announcing changes in the Passport services. In order to begin with any Consular, Passport or OCI related services, Indian Nationals must be registered with the Embassy in the Sampark Portal. In addition to this, the integration of the Embassy with the Global Passport Seva Project (PSP) means that applications for the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), Passport and other Passport related services will be through the Passport Seva Project (PSP) portal only. Applications will there on be sent to the Embassy by registering in the Sampark Portal.
